"When we decided to move from Arizona to the bay area, we asked our listing agent for the name of a good real estate agent, and she recommended Linda after doing her research and interviewing several agents. We knew that we were moving into an aggressive, highly-priced, competitive house market, and we started looking for a house a few months ahead. I contacted Linda immediately, and she started sending me new listings weekly based on my specific requests. One month later, when I finally met her, it was like meeting an old dear friend. Linda turned out to be sweat, patient, educated, and very diplomatic. We spent a lot of time looking around for a house that would match our rigid requirements, in a slow market, during the winter holidays. She was every time available for me - even on rainy days or late in the night. In addition, she taught me how to deal with different buying situations, and how to act when we are ready to buy. When we finally found our home, I already knew what to expect in such an aggressive market. Linda created a strategic plan, and we followed her advice in detail. We knew we could rely on her. The sale wasn’t without several unanticipated challenges that could have spoiled the closing (or significantly delayed it) but Linda skillfully navigated through them and the escrow closed on schedule.
